Introduction

This is very easy to make. This is very easy to make.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 each 9 inch unbaked pie crust

    4 Tablespoon of cornstarch
    3/4 cup granulated sugar

    4 Fresh large peaches, skinned, cut in half with pit removed.

    8 oz heavy whipping cream

Directions

Pre heat oven to 450.

Mix together cornstarch and sugar.

Layer half of the cornstarch and sugar mixture in the bottom of the unbaked of nine inch pie crust.

Place halved peaches, bowl side up in the bottom of the pie plate.

Layer remaining cornstarch and sugar mixture over the peaches.

Pour 8 ounce whipping cream over the peaches.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Lower heat and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Let cool slightly before eating.

    Incredible!
    Easy recipe. Great way to make a really fresh tasting peach pie even in the winter. So easy that I am sure I will fix it frequently. Easy to change to individual diet needs but the raw cream is great and safe to use as it is cooked. - 3/25/15
