Ingredients

Lundburg Countrywild Rice, 1.5 cup
Perdue Chicken Tenderloins, 40 oz
*Tropicana Orange Juice, .5 serving
*Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp
*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2 tbsp *Snow Peas, fresh, 2 cup
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
Directions
Prepare rice in rice cooker.
When about 15 minutes remain, heat large skillet or wok on medium heat. add sesame seeds and toast about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
Heat oil. Add chicken tenderloins. Stir fry until no longer pink. Add snow peas and carrots. Saute 3 or 4 minutes.
Add orange juice, teriyaki sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until liquids begin to bubble.
Stir in reserved toasted sesame seed.
Serve over cooked rice.
