Introduction
This smoothie is quite sweet and perfectly tasty for a summer treat. Cherries and blueberries work very well together to create a nice balance of sweet and tart, while the banana rounds everything out. Ingredients

50g Fresh or frozen blueberries
50g Fresh or frozen cherries
1 Fresh or frozen banana
1 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional quantity)
Directions
Combine all ingredients into blender carafe then blend for approximately two minutes on high speed. Add ice as desired, but note that excessive ice will dilute the flavor. This recipe makes about two one-cup servings.
