Ingredients

    1 head cauliflower, cut up in small pieces
    4 cloves garlic, crushed and peeled
    1/3 cup buttermilk
    4 tsps fat free margarine
    1/2 tsp salt
    gr pepper

Directions

Steam cauliflower and garlic until tender 12 to 15 minutes. Place in food processor with buttermilk, margarine., salt and pepper. pulse several times and then process until smooth and creamy. Serve hot.
