    1/2 Cup Boiled Yuca (Cassava) - Cut in pieces
    1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp. White Vinegar
    2 Slices Onions, raw
    1 tsp. Black Pepper Corns
    1 Bay Leaf
    0.5 tsp. Salt
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)


- In a pan mix together all ingredients except the boiled Yuca (Cassava). Cook on low for 10 min.

- Add the pieces of yuca (Cassava) to the mix and cook for 5 more minutes.
