Introduction

I got this from La Dolce Vegan by Sarah Kramer. It is put over rice, not added in. This time I used a baked marinated tofu that I bought, I just usually use firm tofu--1/2 lb, so recipe can be adjusted. I got this from La Dolce Vegan by Sarah Kramer. Ingredients

    1 small red onion
    Trader Joes baked marinated tofu
    or 1/2 lb firm (adjust recipe).
    4 large button mushrooms, chopped
    1 TBSP dark sesame oil
    1 large carrot
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1 TBSP tamari

Directions

In a wok or large frying pan, saute" the onions, tofu, and mushroom in oil intil onions are translucent and tofu starts to brown. Add carrots, broccoli, and tamari,. Cover with lid, then reduce heat. Simmer 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice. 2 large or 4 small servings.
