    4-4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
    2 T soy sauce--reduced sodium
    2 T honey
    1 t sesame oil (optional)
    1 t minced fresh ginger (or ground equivalent)
    1 clove minced garlic
    dash of black or white pepper


In a bowl combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil (if using), ginger, garlic, and pepper. Mix well. Reserve 2-4 T of marinade. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mintues--stir often.

Preheat broiler. Put marinated chicken on broiler pan and discard marinade. Broil until cooked through (about 10 minutes). Baste with reserved marinade. Turn meat once.

4- 4 oz serving of chicken.

Goes great over steamed rice with grilled veggies!

You can put sesame seeds in marinade too
