Introduction

Simple, yummy and a great comfort food. Simple, yummy and a great comfort food.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz. fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.), thawed, cut in half, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
    4 Kraft fat free cheese slices, cut in half
    1 cup spaghetti sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix cream cheese & peppers; set aside.
Top each chicken piece with 1 cheese piece (the 1/2). Spread with cream cheese mixture; roll up. Place seam side down in a 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, top with spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees). Remove foil, top chicken with reminaing cheese. Bake, uncovered 3-5 minutes or until melted.
