    4 oz. chicken breast, sliced
    2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 tsp. canola oil
    tsp. grated ginger
    tsp. chopped garlic
    3 cups frozen vegetables
    cup cooked brown rice


Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce. Stir fry in 1 tsp. oil until cooked. Remove from pan and add 1 tsp. oil, ginger, garlic and frozen vegetables. Stir fry until cooked. Add back chicken and serve with rice.
