    14 oz. imitation crab meat broken up
    2/3 cup finely chopped onion
    2/3 cup mayonaise
    1 large egg
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    Salt to taste
    3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
    spray oil


Preheat oven to 350.
Heat skillet with spray oil and saute' onion over medium heat. Cool slightly.
Combine the onion, mayonnaise, egg and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix well. Fold in the crab meat, trying to avoid breaking the larger pieces. Season with salt. Add the bread crumbs to hold the mixture together. Shape into 10 cakes.
Place on cookie sheet and cook for 15 - 30 minutes or until heated through.
