QUICK AND EASY. THE GRAPES MAKE IT SWEET AND NUTS MAKE IT CRUNCHY. ESPECIALLY WALNUTS.

I liked this receipe but I find it hard to believe that it's only 24.6 calories. A 13 oz can of chicken, divided by the # of servings (5) = 2.6 oz per serving. Considering 2 oz of chicken breast is 62 calories alone, that doesn't include the other items added. I think this reciepe is inaccurate. - 3/28/10

A bit bland. We added apples, walnuts, a dash garlic powder, pepper, and use greek-style yogurt / mayo mixture instead of all mayo. - 6/13/09

It also tastes good with plain yogurt instead of mayo. We like to add grapes and apple chunks. Yummy! - 6/10/09
