2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 med onion, coarsely chopped
2 lg carrots, coarsely chopped
2 med red potatoes, coarsely diced
5 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp olive oil
McCormick Table Shake Seasoning
Directions
Cut up all veg and put in pan. Drizzle oil and seasoning over all. Mix to coat.
Roast in oven at 400F for 30-40 min.
Add Chicken and mix to coat with oil.
Roast until juices run clear.
