Introduction

This includes dairy, fruit, chocoate and whipped toping - a sundae without ice cream. Calories aren't as high as eating two scoops of chocolate ice cream. This is my replacement for ice cream and chocolate. This includes dairy, fruit, chocoate and whipped toping - a sundae without ice cream. Ingredients

    1 - 6 oz container Greek yogurt low fat
    1/4 cup of fresh blueberries washed
    1/2 tbsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips
    a squirt of whipped topping, or a dollop of low fat cool whip.

Directions

add the fruit and choc chips, mix.
squirt the whipped topping on it...add a cherry if you want....you can even have it for breakfast because it has everything you need. Add some fiber to it but don't forget to add the calories. Enjoy!
