    4 C cooked pearl barley
    3 C cooked brown rice
    1 C each carrot, celery, mushroom, onion
    2 Tbl olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp crushed tarragon


saute veggies in olive oil until tender crisp
add rice, barley and seasoning
stir will and warm through
