Ingredients

    Raspberries - 1 cup fresh
    Banana - .5 cup chopped
    Orange Juice - 2.5 cups fresh squeezed

Directions

Place ingredients in blender and whip until smooth - I like to divide my portions and put it in the freeze for 5 mins as I get ready so it is a bit frozen!
