Wonderful balance of tastes.

I often store several single servings in Glad containers, and refrigerate. Grab one, and add your dressing, for quick, and easy, lunch and dinner additions.

I often store several single servings in Glad containers, and refrigerate. Grab one, and add your dressing, for quick, and easy, lunch and dinner additions.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1.25 cup firmly packed baby spinach (71 grams)
    .17 cup blueberries (approx 1/2 of 1/3 cup measure)
    28 grams crumbled feta cheese (little less than 1/4 cup)
    .08 cup toasted pecans (approx 1/4 of 1/3 cup measure)
    1/6 tsp dijion mustard
    1 Tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing (some may prefer more dressing)

Directions

Toss first four ingredients together in bowl. Combine dijion mustard and salad dressing, and then add to other salad ingredients, and toss well. Do not add salad dressing until ready to serve.
