    2 1/2 c Rolled Oats
    1/2 c whole-wheat flour
    1/4 c flax seed meal
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    .1/2 c dried mixed berries, coarsely chopped
    1/3 c chopped walnuts
    1/4 c mini semi-sweet morsels
    1/2 c natural peanut butter
    1/2 c water
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 large egg whites, lightly beaten


Grease 9X13 baking pan

In large bowl mix together everything but vanilla, eggs, water, and peanut butter

Add beaten egg whites, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix well.

Add water a little at a time until mix is just moist. Be careful not to make the mixture too moist as it will not bake correctly.

Wet hands and press themisture into the greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into 16 bars.

Store granola bars in zip-loc bags of wrap in foil. Will last about two weeks.
