Ingredients

4 Medium Sweet Bell Peppers (any color)
1/2 pound 95% lean ground beef
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c sliced green olives
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground cumin
1 c pre cooked brown rice, heated
Directions
4 Medium Sweet Bell Peppers (any color)
1/2 pound 95% lean ground beef
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c sliced green olives
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground cumin
1 c pre cooked brown rice, heated
preheat oven to 400
cut off tops of peppers abd remove seeds & white membranes & place in baking pan
In non stick skillet, brown ground beef, garlic, cinnamon, & cumin on medium heat until beef is only slightly pink (3-4 mins)
Add raisins & tomatos sauce & cook until mixture is hot (3-4 more mins)
remove skillet & mix in rice & olives
Place mixture inside peppers and replace tops. cover pan tighly with foil
Bake until peppers are soft (about 15 mins)
