Ingredients

4 pork chops (3 oz each)
1 red onion, sliced
1/3 cup cranraisins or raisins
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Spray a pan with Pam. Cook the onions about 5 min over medium heat. Add the cranraisins, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Cook for about 5 minutes longer then remove from pan and keep warm in a covered bowl.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and fry in a pan over medium heat about 3 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the middle. Plate and put about 1/2 cup onion and cranraisin mixture on top.
