I have a package of silken tofu in my fridge and I have no idea what to do with it. Thanks for posting this! Your timing was impeccable. Now, I just have to actually make it! LOL! - 6/10/09

:D I had two in my pantry for ages and I finally am USING THEM!!! I bought them once because I read how awesome a food... and then didn't do squat with it. So I know what you mean. :)

I made a tofu smoothie yesterday morning with silken tofu, skim milk, yogurt and berries and it was soooo tofu tasting I threw it out. You know that bland taste in the back of your throat you get from tofu? That is what it was. Do you know what makes that go away? - 6/10/09

Girl, I dunno -- I thought mine was super delicious. Maybe cause it was all soy and had the extra vanilla sweetening factor from the protein powder and soymilk??? Also frozen bananas are really creamy and sweet, they add more sweetness and texture improvement to me than berries.
