Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can oysters
    2 c. 2% milk
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 tbs butter or margarine
    dash worcestershire
    dash hot pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Pour oysters with juice into saucepan. Add onion, heat over medium heat until onions are soft. Add milk, worecestershire and hot pepper sauce, stir. Add milk and heat thru. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with oyster or saltine crackers, if desired.
Makes 2 1c. servings.
