    1.5 cups Egg Beaters
    1.5 cups Skim Milk
    15 oz can of Pumpkin
    Pumpkin Pie Spice


Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Aprox. 1 hour.

Divide into 4 servings. Each about 100 calories.
