Ingredients

    1.5 cups Egg Beaters
    1.5 cups Skim Milk
    15 oz can of Pumpkin
    Splenda
    Vanilla
    Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Aprox. 1 hour.

Divide into 4 servings. Each about 100 calories.
