Introduction

Very dense, moist bread-like cake. No added sugar! I got this from The Liver Cleansing Diet by Sandra Cabot. Very dense, moist bread-like cake. No added sugar! I got this from The Liver Cleansing Diet by Sandra Cabot.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 c. coconut oil
    1/4 c. packed raisins
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1 c. whole grain flour (I use spelt)
    1 t. vanilla extract
    pinch of sea salt

Directions

Makes 8 pieces. Mix all ingredients together a spoon into a greased 1 lb. loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 min. Cool for 15 min. before turning out cake and cutting.
