    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels (remove)
    * Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove)
    * Zucchini, baby, 1 medium (remove)
    * Salsa, .5 cup (remove)


Heat oil, add pepper, onion, garlic and chicken. Cook 6-8 minutes until chicken is no longer pink, stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 5-7 minutes until zucchini is crisptender. Season with salt and pepper.
serves 4
Serve with rice/chips whatever sounds good!
