    1 lb chopped beef
    1 whole green bell pepper chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 15 oz can Kidney beans
    1 15 oz can chili beans
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    2 TBS olive oil
    Garlic powder
    chili powder


1) Add oil, beef, onion and green pepper to pan and fry until beef is browned, seasoning with garlic and chili powder to tasted.

2) Add beans and tomoates to pan and bring to a boil. Add additional chili powder (if desired).

3) Once boiling reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles topped with a little bit of cheddar cheese.

Makes about 6 1 cup servings.
