    4 chicken breasts (you can use legs & thighs)
    1 1/2 pound little red potatoes
    1 pint cherry tomatos
    1/2 cup pesto
    2 Tablespoons water
    2 Teaspoons olive oil


mix all the ingredients together and put in roasting pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatos are done.
