    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 cups hot water
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 pound lean ground meat
    1 box macaroni and cheese (pasta and dry cheese packet)
    1 cup salsa
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream


Cook ground meat until brown.
In a 2 quart microwaveable bowl, mix all ingredients except sour cream.
Cover and cook in microwave for 8 minutes and then mix.
Cover and continue cooking for 6 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes before servings.

**Instead of the dry cheese from macaroni and cheese box, I have used 1 tablespoon of country gravy mix and 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheese.
