Introduction

While the pizza is great, the topping can also be used as a pasta sauce, or just about any way you like it. You can have a pizza one night, and use the other half for pasta later in the week. Ingredients

    1 jar Ragu light parmesan Alfredo Sauce
    1 15 oz. can spinach, drained
    8 oz package portabella mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

Directions

Clean and slice/chop mushrooms and saute. Combine sauteed mushrooms, well drained spinach, and alfredo sauce. Can be used on pizza crust, heated and served over pasta, or any other way you can think of.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups total. For pizza, use 1 1/4 cup per pizza. For individual servings, use just under 1/3 cup.
