Ingredients

    8 ounces medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
    110 grams medium shell pasta (about 1.5 cups uncooked), cooked and drained
    1 cup chopped plum tomatoes
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons chopped shallots
    1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh basic or 2 teaspoons dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cove and refrigerate at least 8 hours
