Introduction

Ingredients

Ground Turkey
1 bag of frozen Broccoli (thawed)
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup shredded Mozzarela cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup of brown rice
Directions
*Cook rice as instructed on package
*Cook ground Turkey

*Add into your turkey, (after grease is drained) cans of soup and broccoli. Stir together.
*In a large casserole pan (large cake size), spray with a non-stick spray and layer the bottom with rice.
*pour turkey, soup, broccoli mixture over rice
*sprinkle cheese on top
*bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes (watch that the cheese doesn't burn.)
