Ingredients

    - Whole Grain Flour (110grams)
    - Baking Powder (1tsp)
    - Sugar (28grams)
    - 1 medium egg
    - Milk (1/2 cup)

Directions

Combine the Flour, Baking Powder and sugar in a bowl, you could use plain flour or splenda as an alternative. Add the egg and mix in the milk a little at a time, until you have a smooth mixture about the same consistancy as thick cream.

Heat a pan, you may need to add a drop of oil if it's not a non-stick pan.

Pour the desired amount onto the hot pan, I would recommend little pancakes, but larger ones work just as well. Wait until bubbles start to appear and flip them over, give the other side a minute or two and then put on a plate to the side. Cooking time depends on the size of the pan and how many you cook at a time.

Serve with fresh fruit or jam. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Serves 2 as a meal or 3/4 as a desert.
