Introduction

I found this recipe online and adapted it to my liking and made it "diet" friendly. I found this recipe online and adapted it to my liking and made it "diet" friendly.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, about 5 oz each)

    2 cans 98% fat free cream of mushroom

    1/4 cup 1% milk

    6 Tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard

    1 Tbsp. cornstarch

    black pepper

    garlic powder to taste (optional)

Directions

Shake together milk and cornstarch in a jar. Mix together cream soups, dijon, cornstarch mixture, pepper and garlic. Place chicken (can be frozen if you have long enough time for it to cook) in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour soup mixture over the top. When meal is done you can serve the breasts whole or chunk them or shred them - and serve over rice or noodles (rice and noodles not included in calorie total)

Note: Haven't tried it yet, but this may taste awesome with some fresh or carmelized onions thrown in.

Cooking time: 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 on low (preferred method if chicken is frozen). Serves 4.
One serving is 1 breast and 1/4 of the total sauce.
