    250gm cooked boneless chicken
    1 cup chicken broth
    .5 c water
    1 medium onion
    1 medium carrot
    1 c boiled cauliflower cubed
    1 tbsp oil
    .5tsp salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 dash ginger
    1 dash tumeric
    1 dash mixed spice
    3 tsp cornstarch
    1oz milk 2%


Heat the oil and fry the onion, then add the chicken and fry again. Add the carrots in cubes and fry alittle, then add the spices and fry a little.
add the broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
add the cauliflower, then add the milk. Keep simmering, then disolve the conrstarch in the water and add, now simmer for 5-7minutes while stiring.
Serves 3
serve on boiled or mashed potatoes, or on rice
