Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    * Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    * Rolled Oats, .25 cup
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    * Brown Sugar, 1.5 tsp packed
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Milk, 2%, 1 - 1.25 cup
    * Banana, ripe, 1 medium

Directions

Stir together all dry ingredients.
Beat egg lightly with the milk, then add to dry ingredients.
Cut down the center, and then slice into small bits, add to the batter.

Heat a griddle or large skillet, spray with Pam or other vegetable oil until hot, but not smoking. Pour the batter by large spoonfuls. Cook over medium heat. Turn once bubbles come to the surface and pop and the edges are slightly dry.

Makes 9 (or a few more) pancakes.
