    Salmon Fillet
    2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter Fat Free Spread
    1 tbsp Honey


Put fish in a baking dish, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. After butter is melted add honey and pour over fish. Place dish in oven and bake about 10-15 minutes.

Its great and fast!

    I've made this with honey mustard instead of plain honey and it's one of my most requested and SIMPLE recipes. I don't see any reason to add any sort of oil if you're going to bake the fillet. The added calories don't enhance the flavor. Just make sure the fish is FRESH! - 12/22/08
