    2 cups flour, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 c canola oil, 4 eggs--beaten, 2 cups left-over oatmeal, 2 cups blueberries, 2 tsp vanilla.


In a large bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. In a second large bowl combine the oil, eggs, 2 cups cooked oatmeal, vanilla and the blueberries. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just enough to moisten the dry ingredients. Pour into 28-30 greased or lined muffin tims. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 18-30 mminutes or until muffins test done with a toothpick inserted into the middle.
