    (Makes 6 servings of 8 triangles)

    6 pitas
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp dried basil leaves


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each pita into triangles of 8 (cut the pita in half 4 times). In a bowl mix the olive oil, garlic salt, ground black pepper, and dried basil leaves. Mix together and spread with a brush on each pita triangle. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. (Make sure you watch them because they can burn easily). Enjoy!
