    5 oz. Turkey Sausage
    1/2 Cup Green Peppers, Chopped
    1/4 Cup Onions, Chopped
    1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
    5 Eggs
    2 oz. Low Fat Cheddar Cheese


Saute sausage, peppers and onions until sausage is no longer pink. Set aside to cool. Pour in eggs and mushrooms. Spoon into muffin tray sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
