Ingredients

    3 pounds chuck beef stew meat cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 pound carrots cut into 2 inch pieces
    1 pound onions 2 large
    6 cloves garlic
    1/3 cup tomato paste
    2 tblspns flour
    2 tblspns balsamic vinegar
    1 pour red wine
    2 pounds red potatoes
    salt & Pepper

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350. Mix beef balsamic vinegar, flour and tomato pase. Add onions, garlic, carrots & potatoes. Bring to a boil, add 1 pour red wine. Remove from top of stove and place into oven and cook for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is fork tender. Makes 6 servings.
