    8 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
    1 tsp reduced- sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp toasted sesame oil
    1 tsp toasted sesame seeds


1. In a large covered saucepan, cook asparagus in boiling water for 1 min. Transfer asparagus to a large bowl of ice water. Let stand 2 min, drain well and pat dry. Place asparagus in a large resealable bag.
2. Pour say sauce and sesame oil over asparagus in the bag. Seal bag, chill 1-4 hours.
Drain, discarding soy sauce mixture. To serve, sprinkle asparagus with sesame seeds.
