    2.5 lb. chicken breast tenderloins
    1 env. onion soup mix
    1 cup catalina dressing (fat free)
    1 jar apricot spreadable fruit


Mix onion soup mix, catalina and apricot spreadable fruit together in a bowl. Place chicken in 9x13 casserole dish. Pour remaining ingredients over chicken. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Then reduce heat to 275 and baste until sticky. Serve over rice. 10 servings
