    Cherub/Cherry/Plum Tomato
    Red Onion
    Newman's Own LIGHT Balsamic Dressing (or homemade balsamic dressing using olive oil)
    Salt & Pepper (optional)
    Red Pepper Flakes 1t. (optional)
    WHOLE GRAIN Pasta or SPELT Pasta (optional)


Cut Asparagus and Zucchini into fork bite size pieces, set in large glass bowl.
Slice onion, chop garlic and add to veggie bowl.
Add 1T. dressing and toss well to coat all vegetables. Let sit for 30 - 40 minutes, tossing two or three times to distribute marinade flavor.
Heat grill on high heat. When grill is ready, place a vegetable grill pan on burners, reduce heat to medium and place all vegetables (except cherry tomato) on the grilling pan. Close cover and cook for 1-2minutes.
Open cover immediately, toss veggies and grill for another 4-5 minutes, tossing during the process.
Slice the cherub tomatoes in half....add cold tomatoes to the grilled vegetables and serve.
Sprinkle with sea salt (optional)
This is a side dish but can easily be made into a main entree by adding 3-4oz. cooked WHOLE GRAIN Pasta or SPELT PASTA.;
