This is my family's favorite summer salad and a cool addition to any meal, or have it all by it's self for a nice snack This is my family's favorite summer salad and a cool addition to any meal, or have it all by it's self for a nice snack
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 c. fresh tomato, chopped
    1 c. fresh cucumber with or without skin chopped
    1 c. onion chopped finely
    1/2 c. green or red pepper

Directions

Cut everything up into small pieces and mix together in medium size bowl, refrigerate for a cool fresh treat.
makes 6 (1/2 c. )servings
