    1 (18.25 oz) package lemon cake mix
    6 egg whites
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1 package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
    2 cups non fat milk
    15 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
    12 oz package frozen whipped topping, thawed


1. Prepare ckae mix as directed, except substitue egg whites for eggs and applesauce for oil. Bake in 9x13 pan as directed. Pour undrained pineapple over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Cool.
2. Prepare instant pudding as directed on package. Fold in whipped topping. Let sit 10 minutes; spread over cake.

Store cake in refrigerator.
