    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .75 cup, dry, yields
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Granulated Sugar, 9 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp


Blend and fry in pan with nonstick pan untill golden brown and flip, repeat. Serve with sugarfree syrup
