My First Meatloaf My First Meatloaf

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can corn, drained
    1 cup salsa
    2 eggs
    2T taco seasoning
    Black pepper, to taste


mix all ingrediants thoroughly, make meat balls, bake in meatloaf dish or however you want to bake it. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Sometimes I add time because it doesn't seem done to me.
