    1/2 cup low-calorie thin chocolate wafters finely ground in food processor
    1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
    1/3 cup confectioners sugars
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tblsp unsalted butter, melted & cooled
    1/2 cup creamy reduced fat peanu butter
    1.5 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, room tempature
    2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    2 tblsp semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted


line 9 x 4 inch loaf pan w/ wax paper or baking parchment leaving 2-inch overhang on long sides

Combine the ground wafers, oats, sugar & 1/4 tsp salt in med. bowl. Stir in the butter until everything is evenly moistened. Sir in 1 tbsp peanut butter until mixture forms large clumps. Transfer mixture to lined loaf pan & press into an even layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 min

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese w/electric mixer on med speed until smooth & fluffy, about 2 min. Add vanilla, remaining 3 tbsp peanut butter & remaining 1/4 tsp salt & beat on med. speed until pale & nearly doubled in volume, about 7 min. Transfer to loaf pan & spread in an even layer over cookie crust. Freeze until firm, about 10 min.

Spread chocolate in thin, even layer over chilled peanut butter layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 in. When ready to serve, lift bars out of pan using the wax paper overhang. Cut crosswise into 8 bars & serve.
