Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cups rotini pasta
    3 1/2 cups water
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef. Drain. Add onions, cook until tender. Stir in pasta, water, and spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil. Cover. Simmer on low 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve.
