    Oil spray
    1 head broccoli, chopped
    4 carrots, cut into sticks
    1 head bok choy, chopped
    Garlic or scapes, chopped
    1 cup fresh snap peas
    1 zucchini, cut into sticks
    1 tbsp miso
    2 tbsp soy sauce -- to taste
    Ginger, cilantro, red wine vinegar, cayenne to taste


Heat some oil spray or water, add broccoli and carrots. Cover for a few minutes to soften. Add the rest of your vegetables and seasonings, mix well and cook until desired softness -- 5 or 10 minutes.

Serve over brown rice.
