    2 14 oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 zucchini, chopped


1. Saute vegetables in a pot.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 min.
